SCORE’s extensive, national network of 10,500 retired and working volunteers are experienced entrepreneurs and corporate managers/executives. These volunteers provide free business counseling and advice as a public service to all types of businesses, in all stages of development.

There has been a SCORE Chapter in the Treasure Valley since 1972. The Chapter currently has 40 volunteers who have provided free, face-to-face counseling to over 800 start-up and existing small business clients during the past year. In addition, the Chapter conducted 18 workshops with over 275 attendees. Appointments for counseling or to attend the workshops can be made by calling 208.334.1696, ext. 338.

META is a nonprofit provider of direct and supportive small business assistance to new Americans, women, minorities, and other low- to moderate-income entrepreneurs in southwest and south central Idaho .
